The Lookout is a three bedroom, two bathroom beachfront home (sleeps up to eight people) that has been thoughtfully curated to elevate your guest experience. Fully-loaded amenities throughout, including an oversized view deck and fully-fenced, pet/kid-friendly yard, four person hot-tub, propane fire pit and patio, BBQ and Traeger smoker, Peloton bike and free weights, Sonos sound system, media/game room, and EV charging. The well-equipped kitchen, walk-in pantry, and second full refrigerator provides the right platform for effortless entertaining. Perched on a private lane, just steps from the sandy 18 mile expanse of beach, The Lookout isn't just a place to stay --- it's a place you will want to return to, again and again!

A big assortment of books and puzzles awaits. There’s usually a puzzle in progress upstairs—add a few pieces or start fresh.

If work calls, there’s a dedicated upstairs office with a desk and black-and-white printer to keep you connected.
Grayland is located 10 miles south of Westport, about 2.5 hours drive from Seattle.
RAZOR CLAM DIGGING
Razor clam digging is a beloved coastal tradition here, drawing locals and visitors alike to the beach during approved digs. With a shovel, clam tube, and a bit of patience, you can experience the thrill of harvesting fresh razor clams straight from the sand—especially magical at sunset with the ocean stretching endlessly ahead. Be sure to check current seasons, tides, and regulations before heading out.
NATURE & WILDLIFE
Nature is part of the experience here. We regularly spot coyotes, deer, frogs, weasels, eagles, rabbits, owls—and on rare occasions, black bears. In spring, the baby deer are always our favorite visitors, often seen resting quietly nearby.
SAND MAGIC
There’s something timeless about days spent on the sandy beach—barefoot walks, salty air, glowing sunsets, and laughter carried by the wind. Whether it’s building sandcastles, flying kites, beachcombing, or simply watching the waves roll in, these simple moments have a way of turning into the memories you’ll carry long after you leave.
